July 16-20, 2006, 16 to 20, Renato Lima of the Brazilian SVDP will present a paper to the 32nd International Conference on Social Welfare promoted by the International Council on Social Welfare-ICSW.
Brother Renato Lima, from San Vincent de Paul Society from Brasilia and ex-consultor of Information of International General Council of the Society, will present the lecture “Charity’s Army.

He is asking for all to send him picutures, with low resolution, about vincentians centers, scholls, houses for the elderly, places which take care of childreen, etc.

The Conference will be held at the Brasilia Ulysses Guimarães Convention Center, located at the heart of capital of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The program includes three plenary sessions and three symposia, which will have the participation of experts from government, civil society, and the academe. Fifty workshops are scheduled, during which specialists from around the world will share experiences related to poverty and social inequality.
