In 2008 the Daughters of Charity will open a health center to serve the Bywater and Ninth Ward neighborhoods. Tehe American College of Surgeons Clinical Congress recently pitched in at the new site, as mentioned here recently. The New Orleans business newspaper has run a detailed story about the clinic.
