“Formerly known as “The William and Mary Pat Gannon Hay Vincent de Paul Leadership Project,” we changed the name to “Vincent on Leadership: The Hay Project.”  The change in name, proposed by Bill Hay, “puts Vincent first,” while acknowledging that the Hay’s initial generous donation of $1 million to DePaul University provided the resources necessary to birth the Project.  Our new logo highlights our purpose: to awaken and strengthen in ourselves and others the ways in which we as leaders continue the legacy of Vincent de Paul.
