he June 2010 Newsletter of the Affiliates of the WC – EC Daughters of Charity is now available online. It contains a rich mix of articles reflecting the past such as the St. Louis Province Centennial and the current with updates on Haiti and celebrations focused on the 350th anniversary.

The Vincentian Encyclopedia has posted a brief history of Affiliates of the Daughters of Charity. “Interestingly, the Daughters were formed as Affiliates of the Ladies of Charity; i.e., the laity was in charge and the Daughters assisted them.”
